  • Stress assessed from these conversations agreed with the standard SISCO inventory at 0.94 within ±1 point. The control chatbot without self-disclosure: 0.86.
  • The only difference between the two chatbots is self-disclosure. The questionnaire is identical.
  • Students who talked with this chatbot named their stressors more concretely and made more actionable coping plans.
  • A demonstration, not a screening tool. No one is diagnosed or assessed here.
